My chromosomes (with GTG staining).

Of course, what worries me a little bit is the crappy look of chromosome 3. On the other hand, I am relieved that I now have scientific proof what I suspected all along - I am male. Long live the power of science!

(To give you the background: I couldn't resist the study they were performing at IBAB when I was in Bangalore, at a startup company called Microtest Innovations. They said they need me to define the 'healthy' reference state. I might not have sensed the sarcasm in their words though - who knows.)
